PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Please carefully review the payment plan and due dates. The attendance for this trip can be paid with a deposit and a 30 day installment or paid in full. If you sign up past the due dates, your payment schedule will be adjusted accordingly.

We kindly request a five day notice, before the payment due date, if a late payment will be made. This should be done to avoid a $30 late fee.

This payment plan is based on double occupancy. This means you will be paired with a friend or another solo traveler in the group. If you wish to have a single room, please book a double occupancy. Please note that this is based upon availability.

What airport do I fly into?

You will fly into Hewanorra International Airport (UVF).

Will this trip cater to specific diets?

It is not 100% guaranteed but please let us know your specific diet so we can try and cater to your needs.

What time does the welcome dinner start?

The welcome dinner will start between 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Please choose flights that will allow you to make the welcome dinner. More details will be emailed upon approval.

What if I don’t have a roommate?

No problem, we’ll pair you with another guest.

Will I need to take a COVID test in order to attend?

Every country will have their own COVID entry requirements, and we will let you know this but we also recommend you to check as well. You will most likely need to present a COVID test and/or prove that you are vaccinated. It is also your responsibility to check the COVID entry/transit if you are traveling through another country. We also recommend getting medical/travel insurance as we are not responsible for these fees.

Is there free time outside the itinerary?

Each itinerary is different. Some may be more fast-paced than others, please read the destination web page to see if there is a disclosure for the trip. This will state the pace of the trip.

What will I be responsible for handling?

You will be responsible for your flight, and any other travel requirements needed. For example, visa costs, medical/travel insurance, etc. As mentioned in our terms, you will be responsible for travel/medical insurance. We highly recommend purchasing insurance to protect you from flight cancellations, any medical assistance needed while abroad (COVID testing and etc).

If I change my mind in attending, do I get a refund?

Please note that deposits are non-refundable, unless we are canceling the trip on our end. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
